How to lucid dream for beginners!

So have you been wondering how to lucid dream and are you a beginner at it? You can expose a whole new world and dimensions within your dream scape. Being able to control and modify your dreams is alot of fun. I will show you how to have lucid dreams or otherwise known as astral projection or dream travel. It is a lot of fun to

dream travel and there are many different resources that can teach you how to do it. Ultimately it takes practice and a lot of it but once you have mastered learning how to do astral projection you will have a lifetime of vivid dreams.

Imagine being able to visit different planets or visiting friends or family a continent away? You can fly in your dreams, you can visit different planets you can breathe underwater. Having lucid dreams is a lot of fun. The first step you will need to master is being able to recall and remember your dreams from the night before.

A good technique for this is to have a dream journal and write down your night of dreams. Doing this regularly will teach your subconscious mind to be more aware and focused on dream recall to the point where you can remember most of your nights adventures.

Learning how to lucid dream for beginners can be a bit tiring and uneventful for the first few weeks but ultimately it is up to you. You will want to practice techniques for achieving lucid dream states and astral projection. A method I have used that works great is saying a special prayer to my subconscious mind to have a lucid dream and be conscious of my astral projection journeys. This way you program your mind on what you want to experience as a direct command for the night ahead.
